bblaunch is an application launcher for the blackbox window manager.  it can be
used to launch applications without decorations, on other workspaces etc.

the official homepage is unknown, even on the blackbox mailing-list, so homepage
is set to http://blackboxwm.sourceforge.net/

i suggest x11-misc/bblaunch.  it depends on blackbox.
