The dependency for module-build is in the ebuild. However, the currently stable version module-build-0.25 is not sufficient. Please change the dependency as shown in the summary

fixed, sync in an hour or so - but you should know that i have a bug filed upstream for this package and now have the package forcing the use of Makefile.PL over the use of the module-build script (even though you have to have it installed). The build.pl for this module still doesn't properly generate the package, resulting in a seemingly good install that doesn't work (but the makemaker scipt distributed with it is fine - go figure).

The patched ebuild compiled successfully (no further testing done, though).
