Bug 118906 – i810switch-0.65 should be marked stable

Hi,

i810switch-0.65 was marked ~x86 6 months ago, it works fine and i don't see any open bugs, can someone mark it stable?

It has experimental support for i915, which doesn't work for me: nothing happens with lcd/crt on/off. My graphics card:

Intel Corporation Mobile 915GM/GMS/910GML Express Graphics Controller

Tom, please add us back to CC when you believe this is ready to be stablized.  We may also have to ask you to test this if none of us have the hardware.

I no longer have the hardware to test it, but don't see any reason not to mark it stable -- I haven't heard of any problems apart from Krzysiek Pawlik's i915 not working.

i have the i855 chipset.  In real life I use this http://sourceforge.net/projects/i855crt instead because its specific for my chipset.

However, I tested and it works on a CRT monitor, but not on a Dell LCD screen that I tested ( could not display the mode ).

If this is sufficient for testing, please respond and I will mark it stable on x86.

i have a i855 chipset (acer lcd) and it works.
