Description Joseph 2006-01-11 22:14:21 UTC
It seems to me latest upgrade of "mgetty-1.1.33" caused "faxrm" to stop function.
When I schedule a fax and try to remove it with faxrm I get:
"no such job found."

Though it makes me wander why mgetty is part of the hylafax ebuild install.
According to Hylafax mailing list:
"...mgetty+sendfax is a completely different fax software package than HylaFAX. Often, when installed on the same machine as HylaFAX, it will lead to some rather confusing observations. We usually recommend removing mgetty+sendfax altogether."

Regards,
#Joseph

Try removing mgetty and then emerge hylafax with USE="faxonly"
Comment 3 Joseph 2006-01-18 13:47:26 UTC
Upgrading to hylafax 4.2.5 solved the problem.
Now, "notify" and "faxrm" works correctly
