After emerging media-video/nvidia-glx-1.0.6629-r6 and corresponding nvidia-kernel, Xorg start fails and I get a "no screens found" error. Modprobe nvidia is ok. I installed the drivers found on nvidia.com and now everything is ok. Maybe there's some bug in the nvidia-glx gentoo package...
Now it works.
