Under the common name Vulture's, hides a GUI for both Nethack (Vulture's Eye) and SLASH'EM (Vulture's Claw). It is actually a fork from Falcon's Eye, based on the reason that Falcon's hasen't been actively developped in years. I think it would be a great addition for Gentoo Nethack fans. Created attachment 78132 [details] tarball of proposed vulture's eye/claw ebuilds some permissions on the score files need tweaking, but otherwise these seem to work ok. my first attempt at an ebuild, so i have probably made some errors.
Please attach the raw ebuilds/patches as plain text attachments instead. It makes it much easier to work with, and we don't need things like the digest/Manifest/metadata.xml, at all.

Ebuild for version 2.1.0 of Vulture's Eye. Nothing clever done, just changed the version numbers. I don't understand this stuff very well myself. I omitted the patches. Download them from the previous attachment and rename the files. WARNING! Vulture's is affected by bug #125902 -- security issues. You shouldn't install this if you don't trust local users fully. In short, don't.
Version 2.1.1 is out with several bugfixes and enhanced performance. Also it seems bug #125902 is just a testing short from having its fix comitted.
Changed the URL to the new URL and the keyword to EBUILD, since it seems more correct. Elmo, could you please bump the ebuild to 2.1.1 version? It seems things are finally improving on the bug #125902 front. :]
