Receive the following for games-emulation/nestra-0.66 on ~x86. Only two files need fixing: table.x86 and x86.S. Adding Code Listing 6.1 from the gnu-stack guide works for x86.S, but not table.x86; complains about the period after ".note.GNU-stack". Since only one file would have been patched and I don't know really understand table.x86 (plus, I still have one oustanding bug regarding exec-stacks), there's not patch.

QA Notice: the following files contain executable stacks
 Files with executable stacks will not work properly (or at all!)
 on some architectures/operating systems.  A bug should be filed
 at http://bugs.gentoo.org/ to make sure the file is fixed.
