Description Michael Dill 2002-03-16 14:00:10 UTC
Dell Inspiron 4000 laptop.
Xircom pcmcia combo card - 10/100 nic - 56k modem.
Upgraded to pcmcia-cs-3.1.31-r4 and the tulip module disappeared.
This broke my network configuration I had to find another card that
was supported - boot with it - unmerge pcmcia-cs-3.1.31-r4, and
emerge the old version back onto the system.
The tulip driver reappeared - I changed the card - works again.
