The programs autoboot and bootshed aren't installed - they're not in the dosbin line in the ebuild. As far as I can see in the deb-Package, there is a man-page for every program, but only three get installed by the ebuild.

Fixed in powerpc-utils-1.1.3.18.  Thanks for the report.
