>=zaptel-1.0.9 fails to build if all this flags enabled: FEATURES=userpriv USE=bri

Reason: file & dir permissions in all new bristuff archives are set to ReadOnly

Temporal solution: FEATURES=-userpriv emerge zaptel

Real solution: ebuild must fix permissions after unpacking bristuff archive

please upgrade to zaptel-1.2.x and refile if you are still having problems.
