I've talked to axxo about this and asked him to follow the irc guideline and not to deop people. closing this bug now.
Created attachment 76298 [details] relevant irc log. Bit misleading to leave out the preceding log. Attaching the log since frankly, I probably would've done the same thing- yes there are op restrictions, but there are also etiquette restrictions. Point being, not exactly abuse, moreso seperating two people seemingly intent on berating each other making a mess out of #-dev.
