1. echo "net-irc/irc-server ~x86" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
2. emerge irc-server
3. edit ircd.conf
4. /etc/init.d/ircd start - working good
5. /etc/init.d/ircd stop - fail
6. /etc/init.d/ircd restart - fail 
7. No pid file in /var/run/ircd/
