attached is a straightforward ebuild for cadaver, a webdav client 
using neon from webdav.org/cadaver.  One issue -- I built this to use the
installed neon, whose ebuild uses the ssl USE flag.  This means that cadaver's
ssl use is predicated on neon's and is not independent of it; therefore I set
IUSE for this package to "".

I propose net-misc as a category for this ebuild, for lack of a better idea,
and since for some reason neon itself is there rather than in net-libs.

That issue of yours isn't really an issue.
Cadaver comes with its own libneon.
I built this without neon installed, but with "--with-ssl" instead.
Works like a charm.
