"$ emerge jdbc3-postgresql" fails due to missing requirements of unzip.
The error message:
">>> Unpacking pg73jdbc3.jar to /var/tmp/portage/jdbc3-postgresql-7.3/work
/usr/lib/portage/bin/ebuild.sh: line 377: unzip: command not found

Adding unzip to the requirements should fix it.
