emerge xchat-xsys always results in 'compile failed' error. 
The path to pci.ids is /usr/share/misc/pci.ids & pciutils v2.2.0-r1 is installed.

Please mark xchat-xsys-2.0.8-r1 stable on AMD64; as the new pciutils got marked amd64 your latest stable version broke.
