Description Pietro Franchi 2006-01-03 01:14:02 UTC
From http://kile.sourceforge.net/news.php:

* 2005-12-30 Kile 1.9 beta 2 release

As of today you can download the second beta release of kile 1.9. To build Kile you do not need unsermake anymore, so building Kile should be standard again. Please try it out!

Also source code tarball changed (at least in this beta) from tar.bz2 to tar.gz

Cheers! :-)

In cvs. :)
Comment 2 Pietro Franchi 2006-02-28 12:40:53 UTC
They updated to rc1 ...not sure what the changelog is :-) Source code is back to tar.bz2, and this notice will probably appear in the INSTALL file:

+ Kile needs at least KDE3.2 and Qt3.2, without it you cannot run Kile.
+ Also to compile Kile you need to install the development packages for KDE3.2 and Qt3.2 as well

Cheers,

Pietro

The current ebuild installs all languages and not only the ones in LINGUA.
This should be bugfixed!

Bumped in portage, and also fixed the LINGUAS problem.

Next time please open a new bug for the bump, tho.

I'll put kile into my sf.net monitor, will try to bump it after release next time, but if in a week I won't update it, feel free to open a bug for it.
