Attached is a new ebuild for livetools-1.1.  Livetools lets you use the IR
port/remote that comes with the SoundBlaster Live!Drive as well as the Audigy
Ex.  It includes a plugin for xmms to control xmms with the remote as well as a
library/API for talking to the hardware and a daemon that watches the device for
you (no auto startup script.  Not sure of the policy on this, especially since
this daemon can run as any user who can read /dev/sequencer).  It's compatible
with OSS and ALSA, so no need for differentiation there.  I'm guessing it
belongs in media-plugins, but technically it's not really a media program it's
an IR program.  Your call.

Built and test. Commited with minor modifications for testing as ~x86.
