simple bump with corrected versions of gammu (see bug #117350) and python-gammu (see bug #117351) deps

this version fixes stupid bug with my SE T630 phone (see http://bugs.cihar.com/view.php?id=28)
also provides new feature: SMS backups and import support (since 0.11 version)
