unclutter-8.ebuild for modular Xorg

Note that this no longer requires the Imake utility or xmkmf (since it didn't really seem to do anything with them anyway).  It also now installs using dobin, rather than make install, since make install tried to put it into /usr/bin/X11.  Let me know if there are any problems with it and I'll try to get it fixed up more...

in CVS now, since I use unclutter, and modular X.
xmkmf did serve one purpose - it ensured the package was built with $CFLAGS and the correct $CC. I've tweaked your submission to get the same effect and ensure they are used like they were before.
