When I want help (Help->Kile Handbook) or user help (Help-> USer help) no information is found. In the first case "no service khelpcenter is not found" error message occurs. In the second case no menu option is available. I realize I have the USE set to -kde. Can't these dependencies be indicated via the USE flags? Say with docs? It's an optional runtime dependency most people either don't want to have or don't notice, because they install KDE as a whole.
