I removed this from portage.  The archive contains a commercial ogg.  It shouldn't have been put on our mirrors.

I had some doubt while playing again before keywording for ~x86. I'm afraid I didn't check fully. Sorry for that.

I did a request to the developer of the game and got this answer:

I have verbal permission from the band that I  
can use there music inside the game. If you require something more  
formal than that then let me know and I shall speak to the band about  
that.

I'm not sure how to specify that the ogg file is redistributable. I  
could include another license covering the music perhaps.
