Description Malcolm Purvis 2005-12-27 04:24:26 UTC
The version of xemacs-packages-sumo is currently more than two years out of date (version 2003.08.31 compared to the latest of 2005-12-08). Could this package please be updated?

Thanks

This is just a rename. Tested only on AMD64.

Seems to work for me (x86, xemacs-21.4.17)

Again, just a rename of the ebuild.

I've added this ebuild to my xemacs overlay in case people are interested. It is located at http://moving-innovations.com/svn/xemacs

The current plan is to change this package into a meta-package which includes all the other app-xemacs/* packages. This makes it possible to emerge a single packages and have all the lisp packages on the disk, while still having the flexibility of individual packages.

I have just put the sumo 2006.12.21 packages in CVS.

Even though I still would like to get rid of the sumo tarball and replace it with a meta package, I figured that it would be better to update this particular ebuild until we are ready to move to the meta package. That way there is less time pressure to come up with the sumo meta package and it will be easily possible to get an up-to-date xemacs installation without a lot of hassle.
