The Manifest file in portage/dev-tex/latex-beamer contains entry for latex-beamer-3.00.ebuild. The ebuild is missing, and so it produces an error if any latex-beamer version is being emerged.

Steps to reproduce:
emerge sync ; emerge latex-beamer

remove line containing

from portage/dev-tex/latex-beamer/Manifest
