drobbins | woodchip: note to chipster: may want to disable gzip compression in 
mod_gzip.conf for .tar.bz2 .tbz2 .tar.gz .gz

@     drobbins | woodchip: otherwise downloading an 80MB tarball can take a 
minute to begin (as it tries to gzip it)

I submited a new ebuild (bug #13378) for mod_gzip version 1.3.26.1a which also
contains a modified mod_gzip.conf to address this problem.
