I tried emerging ORBit-0.5.17.tar.bz2 and it failed with the common digest error (I don't remember exactly the error and I can't check right now as I'm at work on a Windows machine). I tried to fix it and ended up trying to bunzip the archive manually, but found out that the file that was automatically downloaded from ibiblio.org was corrupted. So I removed it and redownloaded it, tried that a few times. It was always corrupted. So I manually downloaded it from the mirror at gatech.edu, re-emerged, and it worked. It looks like ORBit-0.5.17.tar.bz2 on ibiblio.org is indeed corrupted. I did the usual search and could not find anybody complaining about this, so I suppose it is still un-noticed. Could somebody confirm this and correct if necessary ?
i just got it from obiblio... works fine here.
I just retried and, well, it worked. So I don't know what to say. I clearly remember the sizes being different, and now they're indentical, diff is saying no difference. Proxy cache screw up, maybe ?
It works, so let's close this bug. I think WORKSFORME is the proper resolution.
