QTerm 0.4.0pre3 is released at Sep. 1st, while seems no one report it....
It's ok to just cp&rename the old 0.4.0pre2 ebuild then get a runnable qterm. However, since now arts and esound support is disabled by default, I modified the ebuild and make them into USE flags. BTW the arts detect is a little buggy, I have commented about that in the patch.

Thanks for the patch. Since none of our cjk team uses this
application on daily basis, we would appreciate your bug
report about new (pre)release information. Thanks also to
the patch about esd and arts. I applied it to _pre2 and 
added to CVS. Hope you enjoy using qterm ;)
