REPORT: ======= Okay folks, here's another strange one. Imagine Following scenario: I have a central mailserver in my home-LAN. * I can connect to the IMAP-folders with KMail and Evolution from a machine called 'Antares'. * I can connect to the IMAP-folders with Evolution from my laptop (Betelgeuse). * I can NOT connect to the IMAP-folders with KMail from my laptop (Betelgeuse). Kmail only whines about "Process imap cannot be started". What I tried now is: recompile kdenetwork (kde-base/kdenetwork-3.4.3) and it's 1st-level dependencies (depending on my USE-Settings: libxslt, libxml2, qca-tls, IO-Socket-SSL), check the server logs (nothing in there, not even a connection attempt). Is this still a problem with KDE 3.5.2?
Please update to the latest split kdepim ebuilds and report back, if you still have the problem.
