skiming thru .xsession-errors i noticed gnome-settings-daemon
calls xrdb for some reason but as its not part of the modular
deps its not pulled in and able to be called

Gnome team: see if my fix for 116595 makes this go away.

Well gnome-settings-daemon calls xrdb. gnome-settings-daemon is provided by control-center, but control-center doesn't have a dep on xrdb. So obviously it needs a dep on this. Fixing this issue.
