The two scripts, Magick-config and Magick++-config, which are part of Imagemagick, give '-I/usr/include' as part of their output when using the '--cppflags' argument. I found that g++ 3.2 didn't like this at all and it prevented me from configuring and compiling the visualisation software, opendx. Once I removed '-I/usr/include' from the scripts, opendx compiled without much bother.I was wondering if '-I/usr/include' was included by mistake and could be removed.
when you specify --prefix as /usr, this usually crops up as such its not really a *bug*, but it should be changed
should be all set now, thanks for the report http://cvs.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/gentoo-x86/media-gfx/imagemagick/imagemagick-5.4.9.1-r1.ebuild.diff?r1=1.1&r2=1.2
