When running Doom3 on amd64, both emul-linux-x86-xlibs and emul-linux-x86-soundlibs are required as dependancies but are not present in the ebuild. I have included an updated ebuild.

Fixed... thanks for the bug report... in the future, just file a patch rather than the entire ebuild as it makes it easier to see what's changed...
