Hi I tried to prelink my binaries but there is a lot of "Cannot prelink against non-PIC shared library" errors. see attachement. I followed the gentoo prelink guide. It say "The cause of this problem is from badly compiled shared libraries that were compiled without the -fPIC gcc option for all their object files.". But it say that i must not add this flag in make.conf. So, is this situation normal or should i be able to fix it? Thanks Charly
