You might also have same cache problems. In general this should not be anything to worry about. Whatever causing this, it should not be specific to commons-net. Moving for portage people to take a look.
'portage feature/bug' You can savely ignore it It means the ebuild in the tree changed (added eclass), and portage is stupid
