Notes:
In {index,list,overview}.xml,
<dynamic metadoc="/doc/en/metadoc.xml">
should be
<dynamic metadoc="/doc/sr/metadoc.xml">

In metadoc.xml,
<metadoc lang="sr"> should refer to its parent, ie.
<metadoc lang="sr" parent="/doc/en/metadoc.xml">
and <lead> can only be used with Gentoo devs listed in our roll-call

Category ids should not be translated in {index/list}.xml.
