Bug 116164 – games-util/umodpack: virtual/x11 dependency can be dropped

umodpack currently depends on virtual/x11, thus not allowing modular x installations.
That dependency can actually be dropped, as it depends on perl-Tk that depends on turn on libX11 or virtual/x11.
Also, it might help changing the X useflag to tcltk as it's a tk interface that's used (people might not want tcltk in general, but want X in usual cases).
