For those of us running Gentoo on IBM xSeries servers, it would be nice to have some of their utilities in portage.

IBM Diagnostic Capture
IBM Director
IBM Dynamic System Analysis
IBM Real Time Diagnostics

Maybe there are other interesting applications there as well..

I, for example, have a warning light that has went on on my server, but no tool to check the hardware logs.

No progress here for 1 year, closing WONTFIX. Feel free to reopen with an ebuild.
