When using emerging bazaar after emergeing =neon-0.25.3 is is unable to register an archive.

baz register-archive http://wiki.vuurmuur.org/~victor/arch
arch_pfs_fs_connect: failed to get the dir for /home/tigerp/test/http:/wiki.vuurmuur.org/~victor/arch

When using neon-0.24.7 bazaar CAN register the archive above. It seems that neon changed something between 0.24.7 and 0.25.3 that produces the problem with bazaar.
I tried to register an archive with bazaar-1.4.2 and 1.3.2 (both with neon-0.25.3) and they give both the same error.

I tried contacting upstream but they are unresponsive. I guess they are very busy working on bzr ;-) I'll give it another shot.

Ohh well had to do the work myself then :)

Fixed in the version of 1.4.2 in the tree now.
