I think this guide should be located under /doc/es instead of /proj/es/base/x86. In that case the xml file must be renamed to gcc-upgrading.xml and added to metadoc as well. I could submit a patch for the old gcc-upgrading-guide.xml to make clear that this file was moved to a new location.

Old file under /proj/en/base/x86/ had been modified to include only redirect to the new version which is under /doc/en/.

Borges is right. File has been relocated. It had the right link="/doc/es/..." attribute BTW
