1) Flameeyes's loyal supporters would like to see this in GuideXML.
2) Since the 30 day limit linux.com asked for the article to be exclusive and
3) Since rane feels happy to do it and
4) Since Flameeyes is fine with putting it under CC-BY-SA,

I hereby file this bug for further action.

PS : No, I'm not completely looney yet, getting there one small step at a time.
