I would prefer to not change from the broken-out zip files to a full one except on a full version change. If 1.3 is released with a full download, we'll switch to that, but I do try to be mindful of people with slow connections, so I'd rather not change it at this time. Anyway, the new mirrors work and I've updated the ebuild. Thanks for the bug report and for doing the research.
This seems to be happening again, this time with TrueCombat1.0.zip. It looks like there's a working mirror here: http://downloads.gamecp.com/games/mods/TrueCombat1.0.zip It might be nice to have a version of the ebuild which can use the tc11full.zip for when this happens again, I was planning on seeing if I could tweak the ebuild to use that one instead.
