After starting tkman, it opens a window, I then attempt to type in any entry or
click buttons, it then closes with the error message "rman is version
3.0.8--must be at least 3.1"; I check rman, it's version 3.2. I emerge tkman
again, still the same error.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge tkman.
2.start tkman in shell.
3.observe error message.

not a valid bug, I had a hard drive failure, builds just fine with new hard drive. =)
