Description Ed Davison 2005-12-14 12:06:22 UTC
A new version of boinc is available so a new ebuild is needed.

The version that is available in portage (masked) is
sci-misc/boinc-4.72.20050813-r3.

Per http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download.php, version 5.2.13 for Linux is the
recommended version.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Uh? Latest version in portage is 5.2.14...
Comment 2 Ed Davison 2005-12-14 12:11:30 UTC
Then I must be missing someing pretty basic. I did an emerge sync today and
then issues the following emerge search command.

bash # ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~x86 emerge search boinc

(In reply to comment #2)

Still in package.mask, you need to do

echo ">=sci-misc/boinc-5.2.14" >> /etc/portage/package.unmask to test it
