i'm submitting a patch to fix a repoman bug where (when a package category isn't
in $PORTDIR/profiles/categories) repoman incorrectly spews something about the
variable catpkg not being defined instead of the proper "package category not in
/blah/foo/categories"

this patch correctly initialize the catdir variable before using it in an error
message.

oh yeah, this is against repoman 1.2
