Description Olivier Fisette (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-12-13 11:04:06 UTC
I would like the x86 team to stabilise sci-biology/staden-1.5.3-r1. The only
change, compared to the initial 1.5.3, is the migration to the fortran eclass.
In the future, for such small changes, should I bother your arch team or
should I just do it myself?

This is not related. It is a bug in iwidget and tcl/tk, and does not stop
stable versions of these packages from being available on x86. It does not
prevent version 1.5.3-r1 of the Staden package from working. 1.5.3 is already
stable. Do you suggest I mask the package or put it back in ~x86? Should we
put all packages depending on iwidget back in ~x86?

My mistake was setting the blocker.

No, just fix the collision pls.

Marked Stable on x86
