Description Olivier Fisette (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-12-13 10:40:59 UTC
I would like all supporting arches to please stabilise
sci-biology/prosite-19.14. Here is a (small) test case using EMBOSS:

$ wget pelican.rsvs.ulaval.ca/distfiles/seq/phikz-orf144.pep
$ wget pelican.rsvs.ulaval.ca/distfiles/seq/phikz-orf144-ref.patmatmotifs
$ patmatmotifs -full phikz-orf144.pep phikz-orf144.patmatmotifs
$ diff -u phikz-orf144-ref.patmatmotifs phikz-orf144.patmatmotifs

The only difference should be the timestamp of the report.

Thanks in advance,
