Since october 22nd, pam_usb 0.3.3 has been out with a load of bugfixes. Can this new version please be put into portage? http://pamusb.org Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
pam_usb 0.3.3 has a known bug that makes it not to work correctly on gdm/xdm or any other non-CLI application unless used with 'allow_remote'. The ebuild will be bumped as soon as that bug gets fixed.

hem, I should assume that 0.3.2 works with CLI and non CLI then. But no chance, it doesn't work at all. Maybe I should add something to my conf that is not necessary anymore in 0.3.3 (something about tty I think).

Suggestion: Add a compiler warning pointing out the gdm/xdm bug and leave the ebuild masked. Since of that bug only denying the ebuild to users who are not using gdm/xdm is not necessary.

Addition: I use a headless-gentoo setup and it would be nice to get pam_usb 0.3.3.
pam_usb 0.4.0 is on the way. Those bugs you mentionned should now be fixed.
cool, I just got my usb key back, I'll test ASAP
