Ethereal build fails on version 0.10.13-r2.  Patch packet-ospf fails.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -u ethereal
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
 * Applying ethereal-0.10.13-fix-irc-loop-DoS-CVE-2005-3313.diff ...

 * Applying ethereal-0.10.13-packet-ospf.diff ...

re-synching seems to have fixed this... might be worth looking at attached file,
but I am back in business here...
