Description Josh 2002-12-02 19:13:32 UTC
I downloaded livecd-basic-1.4_rc1-r2.iso and used it to boot my laptop, the
installation guide refers to:

--cut from page--
Code listing 4.1: Loading PCMCIA Modules

# insmod pcmcia_core
# insmod i82365
# insmod ds
# cardmgr -f
--end cut--

None of those modules exist on that iso image and neither does cardmgr. I
tried using the older version 1.2 image and the modules are present, but the
installation guide continues with the newer 1.4 scripts (such as net-setup)

Did I miss something?

this is being addressed shortly in the full blown 1.4 release. We are aware of
this. Thanks for your input!
