Description Seemant Kulleen (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2002-03-14 14:37:49 UTC
Hi g2boojum,

per our discussion in #gentoodev, it will make for better `uname -a` output if
the users set their timezone before compiling the kernel in the install doc. I
do know that it has worked for me and the two people I introduced gentoo to.

Thanks,

Seemant
