epiphany 1.8.[23] both fail to compile when orbit version is 2.12.2 !

Error message:

Upgrading orbit to 2.12.4 helps. Dunno about 2.12.3, sorry.
Currently the dependency in the epiphany ebuild is:
>=gnome-base/orbit-2
Maybe this should be increased?

they do not use this variable in >1.8.4.1 which is stable, so I'm marking this as resolved, fixed.
