In the ChangeLog subversion 1.2.3-r3 was "unstabalized" because it "depended on
an unstable version of swig." This is not true. Subversion compiled fine with
swig 1.3.21 which is fine and the latest stable ebuild. No need to mess with it.

I hate when packages are marked stable one day and the next day it's in testing.

Well sorry, but it does not compile fine with USE="ruby" and swig-1.3.21 - see
Bug 114705.
